About Florence Habitat for Humanity

In 1999, Florence Habitat for Humanity was founded as a non-profit affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. We envision a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Since 1999 we have placed 33 families in safe, decents homes with an affordable mortgage.

Florence Habitat for Humanity is actively working with the City of Florence to bring affordable housing to our community.

Florence Habitat for Humanity will not proselytize. This means that Habitat will not offer assistance on the expressed or implied condition that people must adhere to or convert to a particular faith or listen and respond to messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith. We are open to people of all faiths and people of no faith.
