**About us**
Florence Habitat for Humanity ReStore sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and housewares, much of which is donated by members of our community. All profits support Florence Habitat to further our mission here in Florence/DunesCity.
Job Title: **Restore Manager**
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
3-5 years’ management experience, preferably Retail Store Manager
Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, presentations and email
Proven record of accomplishment of building strong teams with strong culture
Valid license with no major vehicular code infractions is required.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily operations of the store
•Acts to ensure that all donors, customers, and volunteers are treated equally, fairly, and with dignity.
Oversees the store display, arrangement of items and best utilization of the available display space and uses inventory control system to ensure appropriate turnover of aging stock.
Works with ReStore committee relating to store activities.
Oversees scheduling of all store activities including staff schedules, volunteer schedules, auctions and other special events.
Prepare monthly store operational report for the Executive Director regarding progress, implementation of plans and planning • Ensure that all areas of the store /offices/warehouse are clean and safe
Devise/implement strategic plan for ReStore growth with ReStore committee
Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Director
**Job Requirements:**
Valid license with no major vehicular code infractions is required
Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in an environment subject to heat, cold and dust.
**Compensation/Hours/Benefits:**
Tuesday through Saturday. No Sundays.
Pay and benefits commensurate with experience and abilities. Position requires working most Saturdays.

Volunteer Opportunities

· Cashiering: Ring up sales; accept payment and make proper change; reconcile till; prepare deposits; complete daily sales reports with high degree of accuracy.

· Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service; greet customers; answer questions; assist with merchandise; clarify policies; resolve disputes; answer phones; schedule pick-up and delivery services; assist customers with loading purchases in vehicles.

· Merchandising: Maintain sales floor in logical and attractive displays; organize ever-changing inventory in available space; assist donors with unloading donated items; accept and process donated inventory; clean shelves and retail displays; create in-store promotional signs, price tags, etc.; update social media (Facebook, Craig’s list, etc.).
